1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Click on Tools and select account settings.
3. E-mail settings wizard open click on New button
4. Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next.
5. Select Internet E-mail Radio button and click on Next button.
6. Enter Your details and Check Remember Password also uncheck the secure password Authentication.
7. User name is myname@yourdomain.com
8. Password is the password you setup myname@yourdomain.com.
9. POP address is mail.yourdomain.com
10. SMTP address is mail.yourdomain.com
11. click on next button.
12. Click on Finish button
